Step2: Set the page orientation to landscape. In the "Page setup" menu, you'll see two options for the page orientation: "Portrait" and "Landscape". Select "Landscape", then click the blue "OK" button on the bottom-right: Because the entire document has changed orientation, there's a good chance that any existing tables, graphs, images, and Onyour computer, open a document in Google Docs. Click File Print. In the window that opens, choose your print settings. Click Print. Important: If you're in a pageless document, you can still print. However, your document may appear differently in the preview window: Images will automatically adjust to fit the page width.
Step3. For Windows XP and below, click on the "All files and folders" link at the bottom of the left-hand frame of the search window to bring up the search text box. Type "*.pdf" in to the search box (in all versions of Windows). Press the "Enter" button.
GoogleDrive makes this process easy. First, click the "Share" button in the document toolbar. Then, right-click the file in Google Drive and select "Share."
